1. General Policy
Stromnet Broadband primarily operates on a prepaid subscription model. All payments made for broadband plans are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.
2. Installation Charges
Installation charges are non-refundable once installation is completed.
If installation is not feasible due to technical reasons from our side, the paid installation amount may be refunded after verification.
3. Subscription Fees
Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused service periods.
4. Cancellation Before Activation
If a customer cancels service:
Before installation and activation: Full refund may be processed after deductions (if any).
After activation: No refund will be applicable.
5. Security Deposit (If Applicable)
Refundable security deposits will be returned after:
Service termination
Return of company equipment
Clearance of all outstanding dues
Equipment damage charges will be deducted from the deposit.
Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval.
6. Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment
No refund will be issued for suspension due to non-payment.
Reconnection charges may apply.
7. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for service disruptions caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Fiber damage by third parties
Power failures
Events beyond company control
8. Refund Processing Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
To the original payment method, or
Via bank transfer (if required)
